This secondary research method leverages off existing data sources providing access to telephone enquiries, publicly available data, other research studies and official statistics. This can be used to supplement other primary research being conducted and can provide data otherwise not feasibility collected in the primary research. It also proves cost effective when there is no need to ‘reinvent the wheel’ by collecting data through primary research methods.
