To sign-up as a CoreData-brandmanagement mystery shopper please read the following information and click on the 'I Agree' button at the bottom of the page.

As a mystery shopper you will be acting as a sub-contractor of CoreData-brandmanagement and not as an employee of CoreData-brandmanagement.

You also agree to the following:

1. As a sub-contractor, CoreData-brandmanagement is not liable for any events of personal injury or liability caused by or experienced by you whilst completing work on behalf of CoreData-brandmanagement.

2. To not reveal your identity as a mystery shopper.

3. To maintain the confidentiality of a given assignment's details and any other information CoreData-brandmanagement may provide you from time to time except where may reasonably be required by law to do so.

4. Not to accept any assignments where there is the potential for conflict of interest. You understand that by accepting assignments were there is a clear a conflict of interest it will be considered fraudulent and legal action could be taken.

5. CoreData-brandmanagement may share with its clients shopper information to maintain the integrity of the shopping process.

6. To comply with the assignment instructions and scenarios as provided by CoreData-brandmanagement. You agree to complete each assignment by the scheduled date. You may change the assigned shop date if you are suddenly unable to meet the shop date selected. You understand it is your responsibility to contact CoreData-brandmanagement immediately to arrange a new shop time or date as soon as possible prior to the scheduled shop time.

7. To report the results relevant parts of your assignment within 24 hours of the agreed shop date and time of an assignment.

8. CoreData-brandmanagement may terminate its relationship with you and remove you from the shopper database at any time for any reason without any prior notification.

9. You may not be paid for work completed if you do not comply with these and other shopping instructions issued to you.

10. Payment is made two to three weeks after CoreData-brandmanagement's receipt of a valid assignment.

11. CoreData-brandmanagement pays all sub-contractors via electronic funds transfer and that it is your responsibility to provide bank account details to CoreData-brandmanagement in order for you to be paid for work completed.
