Shadow shoppers evaluate various aspects of the customer experience as they move through the process of shopping for a product or service.

Our shadow shoppers visit organisations to assess the customer service that they receive. They visit the organisation and act as a normal customer. The shadow shopper evaluates various aspects of the customer experience whilst they are in the process shopping for a product or service.

The shoppers report back on their experience and we compile a report for our client(s) who use it to understand and improve their customer service and compliance.
